i have a p35-ds3 rev2.1 , there should not be a problem going beyond 3.6.  i  manage to hit 3.7 with stock heaksink, but my temp is too high. Set ur voltage to auto. The mobo will auto adjust the voltage for u.  From there u will know how high u can go. After that only slowyly reduce the voltage.

Not sure about the others, maybe u can try this method first?
*
Tried the method before with my E6750 but afraid it will automatically go too high...anyway what's ur vcore for 4Ghz?Have u tried it?What proc u usin?

You mean stock vcore?Depend on luck lah. Some can go 3.8,some can go 3.3.

Mine can only go to 3.7Ghz max...another increase of 5 more FSBs, failed prime for minutes...but prefer running it on 3.6Ghz...but still tryin to reach 4Ghz but with safe voltages... laugh.gif

have not tried 4ghz yet cause of temperature issue, i am using e8400 too. The only thing u can do is increase ur vcore.  leave ur mch and fsb to normal. the board can adjsut itself.
*
The board can adjust itself?U mean the P35 DS3? hmm.gif
