QUOTE(livingmonolith @ Apr 15 2008, 12:10 AM) well, my STs have been so far so good, nothing much with their health except occasional runny nose syndrome. but they come and go very frequently, in the end i don't bother much. waah...ur ST rilli is closed u 2 , nice ST u got there both my STs are getting more and more hyperactive as the day passes, but of course the majority of the time they just sleep. QUOTE(blazin_fir3 @ Apr 15 2008, 12:14 AM) Well,w/o a doubt they are hardy animals and of course not many ppl can afford to get aquariums and all for them. But i'm sure most of us here will try to give them the best that we can afford when we rear them. I'm sure they know if we love them =) yup, i'm also cant afford an aquarium yet cause living at hostel and money constrain, definitely i will give the best for my ST in the coming future...want them to be happy always... |

QUOTE(shikuzika @ Apr 15 2008, 12:27 PM) Help! I have a turtle, you know the regular ones they sell at pet shops everywhere... I bought her in Feb last year. I actually had two, but the male likes to bite the female, and he grew very fast. He was the size of my palm after 3 months so I gave him away to a pet shop. By this time, my female turtle has been bitten many times. My female turtle also doesn't have a tail anymore!!! But the thing is, she hasn't been eating for a long time now. And she has stopped growing. She is still very very small, half the size of a nokia 3310 (general reference for everyone). Even after 1 year! My friends who had turtles before said they should be the size of a plate right now, right??? I tried feeding her the pellets, and kangkung, but she still won't eat... What should I do? it just cant be helped anymore i think...ur tort will not grow no more but who knows,i'm not the expert....there are same cases of other type of tort also, they just wont grow...i dun now y, but the easiest way u google it up and u may find y.....QUOTE(blazin_fir3 @ Apr 15 2008, 03:55 PM) haha skatila..i like ur style la wei..but i dun appreciate getting bombarded if i mention sumthink wrong also le..yes,we may not be as knowledgeable as some of you here but telling us in a manner of tone that shoots us down to the useless rubbish in the world? hello..makes me think twice in posting..heh plus, wats the harm? We are all different and our environment around us compels us to different ways to take care of our pets. If i had few hector of land to house my torts, heck, i'd give them the whole place..lolz This post has been edited by Skatila: Apr 15 2008, 05:14 PM |

QUOTE(jinhoe @ Apr 16 2008, 01:21 PM) helo, i dont want to say name. but dealing in livestock, the rule is that if u feel the livestock is not healthy, we can choose not to buy, this is our own decision to make. IF u buy an animal and it die a month later, thr's nobody to blame. this is animal. not stone or diamond. if the seller can make the price for the customer and customer seems happy then deal kautim. if it is unhealthy and u take it. dun blame people. ask urself y u wana take tat? people come to this forum to share idea, not calling everyone to follow him, this is individual decision. even if u dun agree with the idea doesnt mean everybody doesnt, some will find it is interesting some will find it not. to argue with someone just because of personal things is immature in this forum because everybody are here to SHARE and DISCUSS, not FLAMING and BLAMING. this is not the purpose of this thread. im not here to say whos right or wrong cz i dun know the truth. nobody here knows and they don't even bother. they are just here to share. common sense... its always the buyers rite, if feel dun like then dont buy..and its the seller rite to put the price.. i dont want to pick arguement, i will only say once. if anybody try to argue with me after this i wont reply. this is not how the thread should be kept alive. so hope u guys dun argue anymore and set ur personal things aside and share idea at here. QUOTE(uzairi @ Apr 16 2008, 01:32 PM) hehe...will try dat QUOTE(blazin_fir3 @ Apr 16 2008, 12:13 PM) definitely not me..i'm quite active...dindt sleep in the noon...and walking with 2 leg...not 4...hehe this morning go to dr. teoh, take another injection for my tot, got RnS....huhu......the injection not just hurting the tort, but also making a rilli big hole in my pocket since the overall cost is rm81 (4 injections/2sessions).....
