i somehow agree with kid.
if its normal dog or cat abuse, i think can report to SPCA rite? but this is exotic pets and some illegal ones like star nowadays... who to report? PERHILITAN? Ask them catch them for illegal keeping. U cant charge them for bad keeping.... Can they be charge for bad keeping? |
