I believe those CIMB tellers would be happy to assist you. You should give them a call, or at least drop by and ask them what you should prepare as you might not get the complete answer from here

Alright, in that case, I could give you some pointers. The important information needed on a rubber stamp are Name, Registration number, Company name. Website and contact number are secondary, which means not so important. The basic information are the ones at the top. Also, you will need to give them copies of your Form 49 for verification purposes. If your company is registered as partnership, I think you need all the shareholders to sign as well. Well, this is all I could think of at the moment

most ppl will have 2 rubber stamps, the one for bank will be the one without address, only the company name and registration number, the one with address and contact will be for your daily operation use. go to any place that have the service to make rubber stamp, they will be able to advice you too.

Yes address is needed in most cases, in future appointing forwarding agents, signing up other facilities will require a chop with address in. For me I run multiple businesses from the same address, so I have one chop for the company name, then another chop just the address .... that way I don't make too many stamps .... you will also need to create letter heads etc. if you are home based but do not want to use home address, then you can rent the address from some specialty shop who provide this kind of service. Some are really high class and standard near KLCC.

You can get a business address in Hartamas, KLCC etc. And you can officially register this business address with SSM as well. Build s credibility when you meet a prospect. Why Not Sign Up A Virtual Office

Just opened my business account with OCBC puchong. Requirements: 1) SSM Form D 2) NRIC 3) RM1000 deposit Finish! I chose the alwadiah account so I can collect on interests. after a week i get my cheque book, ATM card and phone banking. But online services costs RM20 a month...so avoid it. plus, a lot of young pretty lady officers there.
