Golden Triangle SNP is sealed in 2011, which means start selling in much early days. Not "Selling at 2013" as claimed. So last 5 years of 40% is totally a dream if it happens again.

Hmm.. I dont know batu maung is better location than bkt gambir. 😂
But batu maung mahsing is a failed mall n commercial project. Bukit gambir is matured area beside usm. Problem with batu maung is desperate owners rent the unit to convert into hostel n rent to factory workers n foreign workers

Arte s is a piece of art. It is bonus if able to bid reserve price. Problem is many units converted into homestay or hotel..

Difficult, especially high dense property. Unless there is special design ramp that can skip few floors to reach 7th floor.

😂 U really bought a unit under HOC campaign at queens residence? Own stay or invest?

The time i hv my lunch at tei sushi queensbay can see very low flying planes fly over b4 landing two times. Dont know is it the usual path b4 landing. Personally i dont like it, not really bcoz of noise

If u guys see the penang auction price & rental market, u will doubt to invest penang property unless cash rich n have no place to put. Many new and cheap condo n landed in island at the auction list. Check www.lelongtips.com.my to pick one 😂

Went to the Aspen side, the lake park with fountain b4 in the evening, lots of crows, flies and mosquitoes. Never go back again. 😂
