Penang subsale is bad. Due to HOC campaign 100k discount, free MOT, queens residence price reduced to 650k n setia sky ville reduced to 630k

If u guys see the penang auction price & rental market, u will doubt to invest penang property unless cash rich n have no place to put. Many new and cheap condo n landed in island at the auction list. Check www.lelongtips.com.my to pick one 😂
