Last check cheapest unit left high floor, face west, after discount price under HOC near 700k d. In the end decided not to buy, mayb wait to buy auction unit

Recently new house in auction list is very popular, eg arte S, mont residence, tropicana bay residence, setia V residence, , the clovers, setia reflections, moulmein rise..

Landed house is too expensive n need lots of money to renovate or rebuild. More suitable for grandfather level or big boss. Young ppl prefer a home near to work place, most of time is condo, apartment or flat. Can always stay at bigger n cheaper landed house at mainland when retired or become grandfather level if dont wana spend too much 😂 or withdraw epf money at retirement time to buy bunglow at island or kl

I were toward option 1, but developer quality and management also kind of concern me, caused been observed sandilands price were not moving or project like the clovers, arteS.

I hope any experiences or experts could some POV or advise.

When u go to check the condo, visit the floor below swimming pool. Last year went to waterside see developer unit, can see water leak n repair mark at the floor below the swimming pool. Some good & impressive workmanship condo wont see water leak at all

Buy lelong new unit if u r financially strong. The price wont move much the next 10-20 years.
