went to have a look during peak hrs. damn... why so jam just to exit until the small roundabout? something needs to be done to solve the0 bottleneck issue.

The idiots who put the traffic light there forgot to add a beri laluan sign. The jam didn't exist before the traffic lights went up.

Once you know the timing and rhythm of the neighborhood it's not so bad la. It's only like that during peak hours. If you are coming from phase 2, before 650am generally manageable. Peak hour is 7am to 830am in the morning. Evenings is 5pm to 8pm. Avoid this then it's generally ok.

my contractor just told me about this also...the blue color pipe apparently will crack/break after a few years...not so good..

There was supposed to be another phase of development by SP Setia up hill where the old clubhouse used to be.

Clubhouse was torn down years ago. It was run by SP Setia iirc

Lol. Honestly I wonder how many people would actually use such facilities. Just more maintenance fees to pay. The phase 3 zero lot bungalows all already have their individual swimming pools. There are a couple of playground or viewing spots in Phase 3 as well. The condos at Triangle and Reflections do have decent facilities though: they have gyms, pools and BBQ pits and some small sporting facilities.

so phase 1 & phase 2, reflections & setia triangle condo will need to pass thru the 'very jam' roundabout and traffic light is it?

and phase 3 is further up hill, and they will pass thru the same traffic light at the main-road direction, am I correct?

All the while I thought the bottleneck is that traffic light in front of the Setia Triangle McD... looks like now got 2 bottleneck along the up hill road?
