guys i found that there are few deals coming for Puncak Erskine, whats the catch? SURE make $ one after deduct rental n fees...

are investors/speculators releasing their units now? seems like many properties flooding the market...
some say property prices in penang is finally 'feel like' going south... any sifus can share your knowledge? is this a good time for genuine buyers to buy? or to wait longer? |
