Tumpang ask also:
Setia Pearl island sg ara vs one residence/dua residence/tree residence. Which one better? Compare the landed terrace intermediate unit.
- individual title vs strata title (how much is the maintenance fee for one/dua/tree residence?)
- older house vs newer house. (SP Setia's house is older)
- SP Setia build vs IDEAL build quality (heard a lot bad comments on the latter especially on their condo projects, not sure about their landed though).
- price (I think IDEAL's landed is asking for higher price, is it just because it is newer? any factor that I missed out?)

so phase 1 & phase 2, reflections & setia triangle condo will need to pass thru the 'very jam' roundabout and traffic light is it?
and phase 3 is further up hill, and they will pass thru the same traffic light at the main-road direction, am I correct?
All the while I thought the bottleneck is that traffic light in front of the Setia Triangle McD... looks like now got 2 bottleneck along the up hill road?
