what is so difficult with asking a customer to put a RM200 deposit and COD the rest?

It is safer to bank in to personal account, at least then, if fraud occurs, you are personally liable.
*
We have our own policy have to follow, and we might assign different representative to meet customer for picking up their goods, accecpting CASH is not practical due to our policy.

The personal account seems safer, but I would just share with you guys if get involved to fraud case, can proceed to
http://www.kpdnhep.gov.my/ look for e-Tribunal, make your complaint there.

Your Eee 900:

Its 12gb SSD for the Windows XP version and 20gb for the Linux version.

Now you also state there it also comes with SSD 30GB Micro HDD - is this a SSD or a normal hard disk drive?

so now SSD is better or Micro hardisk it better?

I prefer SSD if the speed is faster than the 30 gig micro spinning motor hardisk.

if came with 30 gig micro hardisk or u swap with the SSD drive?

SSD = Flash Memory, Anti-shock, Slower than HDD
Micro HDD= Physical magnetic disk, Larger spaces , Faster than SSD

Depends on your usage.

It originally comes with 30GB HDD.

The whole box is sealed.

Thanks wink.gif

Do you still have EEE 1000H on stock? Can I go and view the unit? Still RM1999? Heard the price has dropped drastically in Taiwan...?

YES, you can check the item through internet.
The box of Eee PC is sealed, we are sorry due to the inconveniences.

The stock is having a very serious shortage problem, from business perspective the price won't dropped at the moment, yet it is just newly launched in Malaysia.

Thanks.

I wish to correct this. SSD is faster than HDD. Since it is a solid state disk (no moving parts, but just circuitry, it is not only shock proof but data access for greatly improve plus low power). That's why SSD is much more expensive compared to a HDD. I also believe that is why the 30GB HHD version of eee pc 900 is cheaper than the 20GB SSD version of eee pc 900.

Not entirely true...? hmm.gif

Somebody switched MSI Wind's HDD to SSD and finds out that it actually runs faster on HDD.
