oh well, looks like only 400D's within my budget.

hmm. the advice i got from my friends is to buy the 400D, and use the remaining $ to get a better lens. after all, it's the 2 inches behind the camera that's important. a good camera is essential, but the photographer plays a bigger role. anyway, am still waiting for 450D to be realesed, then i'll compare.
