Sorry for the late reply as I was out the whole of yesterday and did not checked my posting on both days. I only sell honey . You can get honeycombs from the commercial sellers which you can easily obtain at any supermarket. Normally to get raw honeycombs it is not easy as the ppl collecting them has more than enough to lugged out of the jungle lest a few kgs. of honeycomb. Alternatively, you may visit a honey bee farm where there can sell you the honeycomb.

Have a good day

Hi, I was wondering if honey can mix with apple cider vinegar? It is awfully sour even after mixing with water.

Vinegar if I am not wrong is Acetic Acid. So acid is definately sour, though you are taking an organic acid in the form of apple cider. No amount of honey will ameliorate the sourness of vinegar. So forget about mixing with honey to reduce the sourness.

Cheers

Yea, smells pretty bad like acetic acid. I'm taking Bragg's raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. sweat.gif

Thanks for the answer though! thumbup.gif

Just COD with uncle at Mid Valley and he is a great guy. I am sorry to know that he spent some time looking for a bay and refused my offer to pay for his parking fee.

I will order more soon, this time, I will drive all the way to Damansara Jaya smile.gif

Thk you for the compliments. Always my policy not to take delivery charges, as long customers understand if distance too long eating into logistic costs. Prepared to meet half way in between.

Yes sometimes it has that taste but after awhile, if kept for a few months and the color of the honey becomes dark to black and has a shiny sheen. Honey has no expiry date.

Cheers

Forgot to add. As raw honey is collected direct and not been processed, no form of heating is involved. As such some fermentation takes place and therefore you have that taste.
