Just COD with him yesterday at Ampang Park. So punctual, and he is such a nice guy. Start eating the honey, and it works amazingly even the first time consuming. Usually I still feel very tired after waking up, due to work stress etc, however this morning I can sense some improvements already. Hope this goes on.

Sorry only one size as you see in pic. Yes the longer you keep the better it is and colour changed to dark /black. Ask your older folks and they will tell you. Can only cod you along lrt lines the cheapest and most convenient to both parties unless you live in PJ area.

Reason for sale:
To educate the misinformed about our local honey especially if it is RAW and UNPROCESSED.
[B]Changes in cod arrangements

[B]Dear Customers

With immediate effect, I shall not be arranging to cod your honey orders if you reside in outlying areas like Klang or Cyberjaya. Last night I agreed to deliver a bottle of honey to Klang for a new customer to try out and I had to fork out toll charges amounting to RM6 (to and fro) not to mention the near 50 kilometers I had to travel. Mathematically it is not correct as my logistic costs amounts to approximately to 30% of the honey cost. (Unfortunately my old Proton automatic is a fuel guzzler!). If new customers want to try the honey I can meet them halfway say if in Klang to meet them at Subang or at most in Shah Alam, Cyberjaya/Putrajaya at Puchong Tesco (a most convenient place for all).

As my customers can vouch, i had in all instances cod with them without charging them anything extra as I try to keep costs to the customers as low as possible. At times some customers do want to cover my delivery expenses but I had refuse to accept anything more than I ask for. The selling price has been maintained below the RM60 mark for the last 5 years with only 2 increases of RM1 each. The first increase was to cover my logistic cost of going all the way to collect my honey supply and the second was an actual increase in the price of honey.

However, the good news for most of my customers is, there will be direct cod to them within the town areas up to Shah Alam or to any part of Selangor if delivery can be made at any of the lrt stations. Being a Warga Mas, I travel by train at half price and I need not spend time to look for the meeting place.

Thank you.

Raw Honey is obtained from freshly harvested honey combs that are strained and separated by hand through a gauze or meshed receptacle. The rich enzymes contauined in the honey is retained. The honey in this form is then bottled immediately.

[B]UNLIKE COMMERCIAL HONEY, the honey is separated by using a drum like apparatus which revolves continuosly to separate the impurities like honey wax, bees etc from the honey. During this process heat is generated which kills the enyzmes. Honey in this form is particularly clear and does not "stir" when agigated because all the enyzmes are killed during the separation process.

Take a tablespoon every morning before you brush your teeth and you can feel the difference. You will feel so much energised and alert for the whole day. If you have a coughing fit especially at night, a tablespoon (dont dilute)and let it run down your throat you will be releive of the irritation that bothers you.

Facts About Raw Unprocessed Honey

Mar 28, 2011 | By Norma Chew
Facts About Raw Unprocessed Honey

Honey is a natural sweetener made from the concentrated nectar of flowers. Honey bees gather nectar, which mixes with special enzymes in saliva and makes honey. The honey bees return to their hives to deposit and store the honey for their food. Honey is considered a super food because it is a powerful antioxidant packed with rich nutrients. It's a natural antiseptic, an antibacterial and a healing salve for burns and wounds, but not all honeys are created equal.
Raw unprocessed honey is 100 percent pure, natural, unpasteurized and unadulterated. Raw unprocessed honey is extracted from the beehive in its natural state and bottled. It is not strained, filtered or heated. Unlike processed honey, raw unprocessed honey retains all the enzymes, pollen, royal jelly, propolis, rich vitamins, minerals and carbohydrate content.
Raw unprocessed honey contains B complex vitamins, which include riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamine, pyridoxine, biotin and B12. It also contains vitamins A, C, D, E and K, as well as traces of minerals like iron, calcium, copper, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. It also contains enzymes and amino acids.
Health Benefits

Raw unprocessed honey provides quick energy and is easily absorbed into the body. Its enzyme content enhances digestion, soothes the intestinal tract and acts as a laxative to help with elimination. Raw unprocessed honey is good for colds, coughs and sore throat and it calms the nerves. When taken before bedtime, it helps promote sound sleep.
Allergic Reaction

Some individuals might develop an allergic reaction to honey. The symptoms might range from a mild rash or hives with itching to swelling of your face, tongue and throat to shortness of breath and difficulty breathing. An allergic reaction is a serious medical emergency. Seek immediate medical care and treatment if any of these symptoms occur.
What About Contaminants?

During the process of gathering pollen and nectar from the flowers, the honey bees might come in contact with contaminants such as antibiotics, pesticides and other chemicals. According to World Class Emprise, the trace amount of contaminants that might be found in raw unprocessed honey is too low to be harmful to humans.

thkhong,

I read that your friend supplied these honey to you? Where is his bee farm located? I've tasted the ones from Cameron, Kedah and Malacca so I just want to want to make sure where they are produced from.

Thank you.

Thk you for your inquiry. The honey that I got from this friend (ex retired teacher) is not from any farm. It is collected in the jungles in Pahang.
