Hi uncle Khong,

regarding the one teaspoon before sleep ... i find it too strong for me, always wake up with body feeling hot and sweating maybe too much energy. Now i only take one big spoon in the morning and it's great.

I used to buy raw honey as well, but they are rich yellow in color and very expensive.

taste very different from those u can find from supermarket, it is really nice.

now come yrs is dark brown?

Spent quite some time reading through the pages and am feeling very interested in trying out some of the honey if you still have stock.

Been having a bad sore throat this past few days and dieing to get something to help it along

will you be able to COD at tesco puchong?

Sori . I have not done such in depth study on how much calorie a teaspoon contains. Perhaps as a guide you should look at the commercial honey that is being marketed to give you an indication.
