i also send an email to Sony Malaysia regarding PS3 in september 07 and this is their reply

ahaha..their staff like to hang out and do nothing rather than approach people in their store.

I still remember then i go and try out MGS2 for the first time at Sony KLCC back in 2001. Their staff just stand at the cashier counter without doing anything. Then, maybe im too good with MGS2(even for a first time), they turn off the tv and act like nothing happen.

Shouldn't they at least approach me and give some offer or explanation about PS2 at that moment?

maybe if we ask about Walkman or Laptop or even Cybershot, they can help up ...but when it come to games division,...they fail miserably. The only impression i have is "they seriously doest take any initiative to learn some of the company product"


oh and one more thing, maybe they WILL approach a customer is he/she looks rich enough laugh.gif . Me only wear plain tshirt with jeans and sandal..too bad they didnt know the amount of money i have in my wallet tongue.gif
