no, not every shop charge handling / processing.

RM 30 for 50 photos come to around. 65 sen per piece i think. smile.gif can't remember how much i paid.

Oh, is that so?

Then I better start scouting around for shops which offer better rates and quality pictures.

So where do y'all develop your photos other than goldfries' Foto-Shangrila and shops using FUJI FDI printers?

Hey guys, I'm not sure if we've discussed this before, but is Canon EF-S 55-250mm IS f/4-5.6 a goos lens? It's quite affordable plus it's got IS!

Anyone used this? What do y'all think?

Hi guys, I was feeling a little bo liao (nothing to do) and I did this.

GUIDE TO MAKING YOUR LENSES LOOKING LIKE A 'L' LENS THE EL-CHEAPO WAY

Things you need:

1 "I Love My" red Unity Band

2: Any non 'L' lens

How?

user posted image
Just wrap your little red unity band comfortably around your lens. Make sure you don't let it tie around your focus ring nor letting it cover you af/mf switch.

Presto!

Your finished product will look like this-

It'll look like an "L" from far. Not when you look closer. LOL

I very bo liao right? icon_idea.gif biggrin.gif

some more the best view point damn quiet and dark wan. no one around. scary to go around with my camera.

I am living in Bandar Sri Damansara too! OMG. The field near my place quite happening. People launching fireworks. I didn't go out in the end- it's weird to have a girl in pyjamas with a DSLR shooting fireworks in a field... Sounds so wrong.

I think you're living at the new phase. I live in the old phase, the one near Wangsa Permai and Aman Puri.

Got fireworks, but not as much as the pai tim kong one.

I just landed myself to a 5 year commitment to pay my secondhand Kancil (which I needed more that any camera accessories).

I don't think I'll be spending on the camera for the time being, even though I'm DYING to the Tamron 17-50 F2.8.

Is it better to get the IS version of this lens or should i just stick with the non is version?
*
Of course the one with the IS is better. I haven't exactly tested the IS version of the kit, I heard it does a OK 4 f stop compensation. But it's still a pain shooting in lowlight moving objects.

I personally started out with the normal kit. I'm still loving it. It doesn't suck that much, honestly. I get pretty good pictures with it too. smile.gif
