just come back from the thaipusam...i must says is really great. although my shoot is really terrible, saw so many canon 70-200mm F2.8 and nikon 80-200mm F2.8 and 24-70mm F2.8 and 24-105mm F4...only saw 1 ppl use D300 many D200 user , many 350/400D user too. overall only 1% ppl use kitlens 99% ppl use upgraded lens..omg...

guys, using photoshop, how do i resize images?

go to the menu bar.. go to Image>Image size

then how do i save as jpeg or jpg? cause i can only save under tiff


wait might aswell ask the whole thing. 1st i use photoshop to edit and add in watermark right? then i resize it? to what size do i do so. then i save for web?

400D user reporting in. brought it last sunday. playing it until now. =D
busy playing it until abandon the forum for few days. =P

depends on wat size u want. i usually resize to 600x450..just nice for any forum
and choose >save as.. >choose JPEG at the format

hmm, the quality looks really horrible, and i dont see Jpeg format.

don't use save for web, go to File > Save as, then select jpeg, then you'll get a "Jpeg option" dialog box, quality choose high or maximum

no jpeg at all...

haha i know what's wrong, you using tiff right, you tiff file must have been 16bits, first you need to convert it to 8bits, go to Image > Mode > , you'll see 16Bits/Channel tick, select 8Bits/Channel then save as again

uh simplest explanation is 16 bits can contains more colors than 8 bits
