I sent my handphones with Poslaju last time and no problem at all, I should my praise my supplier's skill of wrapping the parcel. My customers can confirm on this matter. laugh.gif
No problem will happen because I have done hundreds of transactions with Poslaju, so far no problem. *Touch wood*

if im not mistaken rm1.50 per rm100 value of your item. if the phone is around rm500, need to pay rm7.50. i prefer paying rm7.50 rather than losing rm500.

Stop spamming jimmy1977. If you do not have any constructive posts to make, just don't post. What is the use for posting smilies here? To gain post? Yes, this is a post count enabled sub-forum.
Not to mention, happy thread is also being spammed by you sometimes with only smilies posts.

aicks, just found this thread after i post a mobile phone 1 hr ago. doh.gif now i start to worry....

by the way, where do you guys declare the item on the poslaju form? i thought you only need to write if you get them insured?

i have done a couple of poslaju (not expensive items) and didn't write anything to say what's inside. so far all safely reached destination. touch wood on my 1st mobile phone delivery

1. Usually they'll ask you what's the item inside, if you are posting mobile phones, tell them it's some gift or toys. They won't allow you to post it if you tell them you are posting a phone.Even if they allow, you better watch out.

2. In the form, there's one column where you're required to fill in what you are posting.

i have been trading few years online and this is my conclusion..

1st...expensive item...do COD...do not post..if want to post please put it as" barangan mainan" or such title to avoid it stolen.

2nd...never trust postlaju or courier service...they only provide service for you guys..if it's stolen ...then it's your bad luck (before this i encounter few times my parcel lost and not only postlaju encounter this, but other courier service also. frm the item worth around RM1K i only able to claim around RM150 only..just imagine your lost T.T )

3rd...wrap it with big boxes ...most of the handphone seller just wrap it with paper and post it...it's a wrong step to post your handphone . you have to find another box which bigger and put your handphone inside. (this is because the postman familar with the size of the handphone box. once they saw such size of the box they will definately open it, whether it's handphone or not.

4th ...Dont tell the post Office staff what u 're posting...!!

hope this helps..
