you better keep an eye on the fan bought from allngap.
they are cheap, but the quality is... sweat.gif sweat.gif
i bought 2 delta fans with controller from him, one controller got problem and the heatsink heat up to nearly 100C.
one fan's wire came off from the soldering point near to the bearing. doh.gif

so i will think twice before buy fan from him next time.
