yesterday race don't know suddenly DQ. anybody can told me my mistake

Wut did u do prior to the DQ?

I did pit stop and after came out from the pit i saw green and yellow light on the top left hand corner. Continue driving and after 1 or 2 laps i think, the sys put me into the pit and shows my status DQ

maybe u ignore quite number of blue flags or u were speeding in pit and costed u to stop and go penalty but u didnt did it.

nah....even if u did all those mistakes it wont DQ though

maybe race admin can clear this things up


anyway, come to server...quite number of racers are in now. i just get out to clean my head. hahaha..a bit frustated cant finish a single lap just yet. hihihihi

Hmm... I've watched the replay. After pitting, while viewing yr car there are a few lapses showing yr garage and yr car over and over again. And sometimes yr car moved sideways. I couldnt make this out as what happened to you.
it's either my replay file or maybe yr tenet connection is not so good at that time.

Admins pls help, maybe yr files r ok cian bonn...agaknye terpinga-pinga dia bila alih2 dok dlm garage

Looking at the replay, u exceeded the pit speed limit whn u came in for ur scheduled pit stop. After 3 laps failed to serve the penalty (u didnt go in for the stop n go) at lap 20 after u crossed the finish line, the game took ur car back to the garage. (Its rude i know) but didnt rfactor spotter said anything? U should get a msg box stating ur penalty. and warning every lap after u fail to serve ur penalty?

For me, my pc freeze for about 20 seconds during warm up session...

somehow i think mem overloaded and need to free some.

For zandvoort, i think why the cars appears to be super bumpy is coz of the addition of the in-game 'headmovement'. Try to set it to 0 and u'll see a world of difference. And u'll read the movement is just of ur car...and not with ur 'head'

I had it off since we started F1...so i read the car bumps and reaction better. Anyway...just try....like PCcrazy like to say....'to each is his own'

ic. will do that during practice tonight. first time i came to this track last night i was pretty pissed off though. the reason was maybe i lacked of practice. coz this morning i tried to do a few almost an hour of practice i started to like it. heheh....will see how it goes tonight maybe i can be consistent with the pace and didnt crash after 3 4 laps

I set the head movement to some value but not 0 since I can take some shaking babeh. Me use to say that? Well I better change, somebody has detected my patterns. Hmm, let us change to " To each his cup of Teh Tarik".

The key to be fast in Zandvoort is to know when to climb and how to land. It's like going fast in a rally car. You know how to straight line the bump as they say. Those without the FFB? I think the better had it on, or else the feel and anticipation of bumps are not there.

Not to mention, tyres will be pound hard under vertical loading, so better beware on your tyre choice guys. Let the temp decide the compound, don't be fooled with available initial grip.


Formation Lap Incident, we must try not to make such mistakes early in the race.

Somehow i think my xp playing colin mcrae help abit here in zandvoort. lol
Its the 1st sector and halfway thru the 2nd sector that is the most notorious part. The rest is rather flat but just as tight in cornering.

Long run test is vital here i think...yes tyres takes some pounding here...better watch that tyre pressure...

what r the benchmark lap time for zandvoort? last friday after my rfactor got ctd during race, i tried zandvoort. only manage 1.44. AI can go up to 1.41.xx. I guess our MSR AI, i mean mara, PC n Pitt, can go much faster...hehe! 1.40.xx

MSR AI faster than rF AI 1 - 2 seconds.

Wahh, 1.39? The most I can do 1.46. Pitt is sure going to grab zandvoort. But he must not forget the <removed> lah this time.

1.46? O u mean thats on ur lap where u pitted rite? Come on la PC...i know ur tricks but ure giving our new members the wrong impression.
1.39? Thats pitt on the race fuel ka? wah

Realistically speaking, i think MSR AI (PCcrazy and pitt) can do 1.41s race laps with one pitting. A low 1.40 or even a 1.39 is possible for quali. But a consistent 1.42s can win the race.
