Come late...
I saw from the msn chat log. You keep on saying no ppl pickup. OK, just treat that there's really no people pick up.(I never encountered before lar except you really call it during 12 in the midnight. (Yah, FYI, 1300300300 got working hours also. Same with pos office time.)

2nd things. I think you could go up to post office to ask regarding the tracking number right? Or you couldn't walk at all? whistling.gif

The fact, Davis had done nothing wrong. At least he is still replying your childish MSN message instead of MIA, right? icon_idea.gif

I'll said good luck with your life.

Personally from the msn logs posted by Davis i can see who is the one being rude 1st,let the eyes be the judge.
I dont think seller has any problem,he provide enough assistance and infomation for the buyer ord,so it is up to the buyer to find a better way to solve it,not spoonfeeding and expecting anything from seller that he cant provide.
From the buyer point of view, after paying and waiting for the postage but didnt arrive,we can feel very uneasy and worry, but we must try a way to find out the solution, after calling the helpline but unsuccess,we should try asking further assistance from other forumers around here,or searching a way to reach the pos office (e.g going to the pos office itself) and asking for assistance. Instead hoping from seller itself,y cant we take enough initiative to find a way ourselves?

Just my 2 cents icon_rolleyes.gif

The best way to track your parcel is call 1300-300-300
Don't rely on their useless online tracking system.

But if the PosLaju office that you sent your parcel doesnt update the tracking number in the database. Even if u call 1300-300-300 there wun be any records in it.

The PosLaju center must update it constantly...

i sent 2 items to my buyers last week. one of the buyer thought i'm the 'con man' based on the pm i received from him.
Any way, when i call up 1300-300-300 (during the office hour) to checked, the pos officer manage to find my item's tracking number.

Is only the online tracking system got problems only. The customer care hotline 1300-300-300 still workable for those who want to check the tracking number.

For calling 1300300300 after 5pm is nearly impossible for anyone to pick-up the phone even the working hours is till 8.30pm, sometimes they even disconnect your line without even answering it.

As for Davis he sometimes sure have bad respond but he's trustable seller coz last time bought a PA2V2 with him for my friend complain some problem, but he willing to help repair it.

Actually i find it the ts is quite funny here. It just delay about 1 -2 days then he started to shout and scream like hell. No offence about ts anyway. Bear in mind that Davis is not only handle 1 - 10 jobs per day. Its couples of that. He have his business in LYN and lelong and some others places as well. Not to mention that ur purchase is only below hundred bucks. Im not saying that its a small amount or anything and its a business too. But sometimes whenever there are postage error, u cant blame the seller. What he can do is wrap nicely, write the address clearly, ship ontime, informing u the tracking number. If anything goes wrong, y cant u just give the pos office a call and try to settle it 1st b4 keep yelling here and there?

I saw u mentioned that "u call until the phone explode" but y can others get through the call easily? As Davis can settle that in only 2 mins but u cant and yet complaining here and there? Assuming u cant get through the call on that specific day, then how about wait patiently for the next day and try to call again? Is that a hard job for u? Shouting here and there and showing this and that wouldnt speed up ur deal. Sometimes its need some patiency in order to complete the deal between seller and buyer. If u are really in urgent and cant deal with that, maybe u can go other places and get the particular item.

Besides, u r saying that Davis is trying to be rude there as a seller, but at the 1st place, who is trying to be not compromising? He already said be patient and wait awhile then call again. Y cant u just listen it and try to call later and stop spamming?

I personally deal with Davis before and just a simple pm about the pricing a bout his philips earpohne, i get a very keen and friendly msg from him. After that, i said i will consider about it. Later on, in every month, he personally will offer me the best price for that earphone for particular month and asking whether im still interested on it. I dont see theres any prob with him in personally. Mayb for u, its kinda harsh and u r keep on thinking that the phrase "buyers are always right".

For this kind of cases, it happens quite often. As i deal with shipping as well, and have met those kind of situation before. U cant blame the seller, its the shipping company fault. Sumore ur postage doh.gif , it has been send there and u r not at home, yet u wana blame ppl for that? U din even check ur mailbox and have a look at the shipping slip that the posman left it at ur place.

No offence. smile.gif

I have delt with Davis many times.... n i dont find a problem with his attitude. But should a customer msg me at close to 12am while i am doing something... let's just say it will get a little bit frosty. They should know what's a decent time to msg/call ppl.

TS. Solution is very simple.
Rather than depending on other ppl.
You can do it all by yourself.

Received items via Poslaju b4?
Know which is the delivery centre which handles the delivery for your area?

Go there & give them the tracking ID & collect your item on-the-spot.

Forget about arranging re-delivery.

Guess everyone know pos laju website didnt work well ,buyer didnt manage to call poslaju and start shouting here ? buyer should be the one who call/go to his nearest poslaju centre and ask what is happening , but he didnt , he just start to shouting here & there , what he expect Davis to do actually ? call Poslaju for him ..., calling should be the responsibility of buyer/receiver as he is the one who will be collecting it .

QUOTE(DAViS @ Jan 20 2008, 03:28 AM)
This thread opened because I asked the buyer raised the issue in public for debate which I totally believe he will going to oustation is highly doubt since he able online for one whole day thus I know he has plenty of time to do things like making calls to post office until his phone exploed (he told me one, how many phones changed already?)

Did you missed out something in the chat? If can please post up everything bulat-bulat.  cool2.gif

Do mind that you asked HOW HOW HOW and ARE YOU BLIND when you can't track the number at very wee hours, I just told you I am busy (yes I am really busy with an overseas arrangement and pissed with your messages, I did temporary blocked you for 30 minutes.)
I am using meebo for MSN plug in thus history display is limited.

Added on January 20, 2008, 3:41 amThere is two member in here which their messages direct to me which I am 100% sure never deal with them before, may be using another nick to pissed me off for fun?
I know some one did this to me before, and he accidently revealed his identity.

Thank you for those whom understanding the situations.

Today I still check with him...
Since I just back from outstation for more than 15 days, my work is pilling up and I really have no time to find out more thus I keep my messages straight, simple and clean.

Let's keep the debate going on. TIme to sleep.

Added on January 20, 2008, 3:57 amBefore going to sleep I have another point need to highlight.

COD is waste of time, because time is money. Same like today, there is member made arrangement to pick-up his item but never turn up.
Many times I rather let my customer wait me than I am waiting them like idiot at petrol station.

THere is another one well known trader in here, made appointment with me for URGENT item but in the end never turn up and has wasted my whole evening. I thought as trader we can be nice to each other but in the end still the same. Up until now I don't bother to call him because I know I don't want let this kind of situation swing my mood, he got cheek be holy in another forum.

For me each of the case I just don't take it too seriously which I only care I have done my part, deliver the item ASAP, selling genuine item at good price thus making every one happy except certain case some customers not happy which I don't bother at all especially those the next morning item not yet arrived already making irritating SMS bombardment or private messages spamming. Some even teach me what is Next day delivery philosophy, which I just told them please pass their thesis / report / speech to PosLaju not me.

Hi everyone,

First of all, i am not on any ppl's side. This is just my true experience. You are right davis.... as a trader / seller, we have to always know that our customers are always right. But sometimes, buyers too do not understand what we are going through. i've came across people who leave msg's in my thread with stupid reasons. They expect 1 min reply from us for prices. Buyers, do you think that we are GOD made price list?

And yes, ppl who ffk also alot. Especially ppl in LYN who are really new. Sometimes they just ask for price, price and price. After sick of replying them, they will just leave you a msg saying that "This Seller is bad and slow in giving price" Can you imagine that one of my customer ask me to sell him a Nokia N95 (8GB) original Zitron set @ RM2300? He sms me @ 7+ and i replied at ard 8+ due to i am out of office. And he say that i am slow? They think that we sit on our chair 24hrs waiting for SMS or PM in LYN? We are business owners cannot do that. We have to chase for business and not wait for them to come. We not only have 1-2 sources of income. We might have multiple income. Try running a business sitting down, if it is just so easy, then everyone in this world already run business, be a boss and not working for ppl.

What Davis say here is not a joke. TIME to us is Money. We can't just waste our 1-2 hours waiting for buyers who agreed to COD, but no turn up, do not pick up call and some who even turn off thier phone. BIG TIME FFK! I would also let my customer wait for me rather than i wait for them. At least i know that he/she is there and i don have to waste my time and petrol. And ppl as safe traders don usually FFK buyers. You think is easy to get a tag like that? HAHA... I am so dreaming of one... But still cannot get. We as business owners don like to FFK ppl, cause it is our reputation. Yes i agree taht some do, but as a Sdn. Bhd. Company, they don usually do that, cause it is a serious running company earning money. If it is a Sole Prop, maybe there will be, but not all are like that.

So guys, think of it. And yes do i agree that POS LAJU S***S. I'd rather user courier services like TNT. At least i know that they are really reliable and we pay for what we get in return.... SERVICE

I'm not going to say whether lansi is ok or not.

But if you're lansi, then if you screw up like SB, a lot of buyers will ask for refund so quickly that they might
report police.

So seller, be more courteous and nice. A lot of conman in LYN. That's why if buyer become very scared coz
still haven't receive the product, be nice and comfort them. Don't be lansi. People will keep on buying from you if you're
not lansi.

The typical answer to your question is 'Seller is too busy to handle your personal request', 'Seller needs to do lots of more important things', 'Seller has other business to manage', 'Seller is not the post office, so figure out yourself', 'Pos Laju sucks, once and for all'.

Pick one that you like most.
