yup..im from jubei too, jubei thos players are somehow serious players (mostly).....including raids, and pvps =/ they do check for your gears resil, and also requires vent for some teams

No need to whine about premades, dude. I regularly get my arse handed to me by premades and has been that way for the last 3 years, and that will not change. PVP is the highest sport in WOW. Its gamer vs gamer with no holds barred. They better than you (or luckier), they win. You better than them you win. And any tactics within the rules of the game are fair because fighting is like that. You want to play then don't cry.

I'm in a PvP guild and we steamroll all BG with premades or preformAV.

WSG - Game longer than 10 minutes isn't worth playing.
AB - 5 cap is the only way to play this map.
EOTS - 4 cap + farm them at starting point.

For the horde!

I only queue AV when im not in a PM, Getting in a PM is funny tho, 15 noobs in greens actually can scare people from elite pvp servers (tich, blackrock). They leave just before the game start and we cap everything. easy honor.

BGs were never fun to begin with, people just do it for honor... arena items to overpowered IMO

only people that claim arena items are overpowered:

- scrubs
- pve scrubs

Sorry if you misunderstood me, by "overpowered", im just saying they are upgrading it too fast, and people with 0 arena gear dont stand a chance in arenas, it has become more geared based, instead of skill based like in season 1 or 2.(Of course you still need skill to be high ranked)

Im 4/5 S3 btw, getting my 5th piece soon, i am not trying to brag here, just to show some form of credibility, There is no need to call me a scrub.

if you havent noticed, the only thing they are doing is closing the gear cap.

the difference between s1 and s3 gear arent huge compared to say, blue hwl gear. and farming honor takes no skill, just time. of course, having skill poured into farming honor does makes it faster and more effecient. but thats not the point. at the end of the day, new players can go full set arena gear in say 2-5 days give or take the moment he hits 70, then later on its up to his arena team to decide if he can get fat ratings or not, and if he does, it doesnt take long for him to get 100% full s3.

obviously you dont get to own faces with scrub gears. what, you expect someone that spent time to grind honor and arena points in full s3 to be "on par" to someone that played an hour or 2 per day and 2-3 days per week wearing blues and greens? its a mmorpg, if you want 100% skill based, go play a random multiplayer FPS or RTS instead. hell, put you in their shoes, what would you think if you have full s3, and your difference against a green geared scrub isnt huge, and you have a high risk of losing against him, wouldnt it make you look f***ing stupid for spending the effort to even obtain your gear?

seriously, think about it for once.

And all these leads to the sad state of BG now. it used to be afks, now its premades. I am not QQing about premades, all i ask is that blizz make it premades vs premades. BGs are just used to farm honor, its not about pawning people and having fun anymore. When was the last time you were in a BG that was fun? i dont know what happens in your battlegroup, but in BG9, its bad man. EOTS and AB lasts 2 mins, 1 hr queue on horde side.

You say s1 gear and s3 gear do not have a huge difference, unfortunately i cannot agree with that. I am not asking for 100% skill based, maybe 60-70% instead. Now i see arenas as 60% gear 40% skill.

Perhaps im complaining juz because its so freaking hard to get gear for my pally i just leveled. I am just asking for BGs to be fun, not as a prereq to obtain a decent rating in arena (lets say 1500-1600 ish)

first you want premade vs premade, then you complaint bout queue times. do you realize to get a premade vs premade match up it would only worsen the queue times? unless you pre-arranged with the alliance to do premades at the same time you are doing.

BG can be fun whenever you decide it to be fun, in fact i just had a fun game of WSG daily yesterday with my guildies. but really though, try to exaggerate less, EOTS with the best winning condition you'd still need aprox 7-9 mins to win, AB 5-6 mins. 2mins? lolwut?! (unless you wanna include lolsploits capping nodes before gate even open but seriously now)

now you say arenas are 60% gear 40% skill, tell me, what determines the outcome of an arena match, when both side all members are having maxed out s3 gears (pretty much same gears)? still gear? thats right, only skill/class composition/talents/RNG/RPS etc etc left to determine the outcome, gear is no longer in the equation.

and if ur "pre-req" to arena is just 1500-1600 ratings, you really dont need decent arena gears to do it, so long you do bg and have few good pieces of s3 honor, it should be more than enough. hell your a paladin, its even easier to get decent ratings in shitty gear.
