wat to do if cheated by scammer that i bank in money to him but he didnt send me the things [nokia5300]?

should i do a report? the amount cost RM360 [ maybe little but it hurt to student like me.....]
first time get cheated.. so need to know wat to do..

i now sure get cheated already so i decided reveal his name...

report police....go to bank..ask for detail such as adress n blabla....ic no too..if can freeze the account[if money still there la]..u need da slip..search for it..

u need evidence to report it

I just talked to this guy yesterday evening. He is outstation right now and have no internet access could be the reason why there is no reply from him and his PM box is full.

Try sms or give him a call again ?

He is buying from me a pair of Couple Tshirt thats why he contacted me. When I return call he also pick up the phone.

I am also waiting for my N70 he promised. Its been 2 days though. If we really been cheated by this guy, we must do something about it.

Try and do this <THIS IS SERIOUS STUFF AND MAY GET THE CHEATER INTO A LOT OF TROUBLE>:
1. Make police report -- attention to commercial crimes unit.
2. In the report, state that you have been a victim of an internet sales scam. Give details about the transaction in your report, especially regarding name, address, method of dealing, bank account, mobile number etc etc.
3. Take the police report to Maybank. Tell them you suspect scammer is using Maybank account to conduct illegal activities i.e. cheating people.

Hopefully, there will be stern action taken, which may include suspension of account, arrest etc.
