hello, i wanna upgrade my 3.71m33-2 to 3.90m33-2 and i have downloaded the 3.90m33-2 file, i still need the 390.pbp file right? where can i get it?

Hello, i m using 3.90m33-2 but realize some laggy in the game. How can i downgrade it?
