need some help...how do i send things 2 my fren (via psp) .......like handphone ar???use bluetooth 1 ar??? btw, can i upgrade my firmware at shops that sell psp??? how much will it cost??

i went to a shop that sell consoles..... and i asked one of the workers there....i wanna upgrade my firmware to 3.80 or 3.90....then i ask him how much???he said it cost RM15.....then he told me dun upgrade ...waste time...upgrade ady same ........juz play onli...upgrade 4 wat la .....
is RM15 worth it??? and issit no diff after upgrade??? |

help.....my psp auto update 2 firmware 3.90.....should i accept or nt??? if i accept wat will happen???
