It is true, PBBank is meant for accumulating & keeping.
I hope end of this year, they will have shares dividend again.

unlikely. past records show they only distribute twice a year.

Twice a year ? from where you get the record ?

I received bonus issue once in year 2003 and one more shares dividend early this year 2009.

your twice a year was it refer to cash dividend ?
