QUOTE(-gemini- @ Feb 13 2008, 03:09 PM) no joke d00d its 1.6 standard. 1st batch if im not mistaken. its blardy crazy and im for real. if goin on liek tht, bapak bukak bank oso lingkup! lulz so any remedy ah? i heard resetting the ecu from PE would do the job but im thinkin, would it be the same if i use a standalone ecu n tune? WOW! My Gen2 is also first batch. Do you have a heavy foot or whut? Anyway, my fuel consumption is about... how to explain... RM50 = 310km (give or take 10km). From what I heard the ECU setting will make acceleration slightly better. But if you have a heavy foot, nothing in the world can help you save fuel. Question, do you sent your car for regular servicing? Also, to anyone who knows - is it possible to 'upgrade' the CamPro engine to include the CPS?

lol d00d, if ive uber heavy foot, id start a thread "zomg heavy foot, need halp" rather than blaming teh car my gosh..mine's abt rm60-70 for +-270km i swear on my dead kitten's rotten body, im not a heavy footed person..lulz and yes, i do service them regularly. but im using aftermarket 16" thou. could that had contributed?

Yes the big rims do contribute to poor FC

do some basic mode like intake, exhaust and spark plugs im sure this will contributle to less fc... i have a friend who change his ingnition coil and claims he get extra 90km to everyfull tank.
i have change my ecu acctually since there was pinging and there is no problems since.petrol consumption is 400km for rm 60 petrol for highway driving and 300-350 for city

no need to change ecu...
keep the current better...
just make sure to check for any error code...
n yeah modding like change header do contributes to better FC...
wants better? add FPR...Fuel Pressure Regulator...u gain better pickup n good FC reading...

thought of addin a FPR before but dont know if itll really do any good..lulz was tryin to minimalise mod and keep it as stock as possible but sad thing tht the petrol consumption is crazy.
shazmn, any particular brand of FPR to intro? or those custom 1 also will do?
