i know nothing about car .. I dont even understand what are you talking about .. sorry mate .. could you explain more? .. smile.gif ..

I am using CPS manual ..

since your driving CPS Manual, then what you need to do is drive to any exhaust shop, tell them u need a "Bypass" for Catalyst converter. Remove the catalyst converter will give u immediate power, probably you might get better fuel consumption.

If you wanna know what is catalyst converter, then visit here

yes slightly, especially on the rear muffler. That's due to higher flow of exhaust gas that hits on the thin wall on standard muffler. Some ppl like that metal vibrating sound, but it wont be loud as lorry.

you're referring to AT or MT? changing to lighten crank pulley & remove cat-con could help a little.

cat con is the one shielded behind a metal plate if u open ur e-bay...near the radiator...

with cat-con = friendly to enviroment not to ur pocket
w/out cat-con = vice versa

no need to care for the enviroment la....1000 car without cat-con is not giving any more pollutions then 1 bus/lorry that produce black smoke. If all the lorry/bus use cat-con then i'll use it back for sure.

ahahha.. just want to advise newbie there wink.gif wink.gif

before this every car has no cat con at all... just after 2003 if i'm not mistaken, all european car must install with catcon... malaysia follow Europe standard.

ya la... even if 10000 car without catcon will not harm the environment.. compared to i lorry or bus.
