QUOTE(Seng_Kiat @ Jan 4 2009, 06:06 PM) i know nothing about car .. I dont even understand what are you talking about .. sorry mate .. could you explain more? .. .. I am using CPS manual .. since your driving CPS Manual, then what you need to do is drive to any exhaust shop, tell them u need a "Bypass" for Catalyst converter. Remove the catalyst converter will give u immediate power, probably you might get better fuel consumption. If you wanna know what is catalyst converter, then visit here http://images.google.com.my/images?hl=en&q...ch+Images&gbv=2

QUOTE(v3000i @ Jan 5 2009, 02:28 PM) will removing the catalyst converter increase the noise? yes slightly, especially on the rear muffler. That's due to higher flow of exhaust gas that hits on the thin wall on standard muffler. Some ppl like that metal vibrating sound, but it wont be loud as lorry. If all the lorry/bus use cat-con then i'll use it back for sure.
