QUOTE(aaronpang @ Jan 9 2008, 12:41 PM) hehe, actually i dun mean to give up monthly salary work, jus that im sick of kl city life, coz kelantan is quite peaceful and not rush liike kl city. so thought of why not stay there and work and at the same time make some profit out of the land. h_eyu Added on January 18, 2008, 1:03 pm QUOTE(am_eniey @ Jan 11 2008, 12:23 PM) i'm glad that you're venturing into agro-business, it's recognized as the best investment in this country, brif us the exact location and the land area please, perhaps we all at LYN can help thank, actually agro-buisness is the oni idea that i had to make profit from the land, but the land is not that big for agro, im affraid, it would not make profit out of the capital cost. the area of the land is about 80m x 40m. any idea of wat kind of agro that suitable for this kind of area, if i not mistaken, previously the land was plant v tabacco, but since no one wan to rent it, now its empty.. h_eyu Added on January 18, 2008, 1:22 pm QUOTE(wheimeng @ Jan 16 2008, 02:30 PM) how many hectares of land do you have / what type or condition of the soil / rainfall? its around 80mx40m wide, previously was used to grow tabacco. anyway, how should i approach the gov agencies to seek advicement from them, im not sure about it.. thanks in advance..on top of that, any ideas of wat kind of buisness that suit for size of land??? any?? the size of the land is important to determine the best out of it. i dont think it would be good to seek for suggestions over here especially for agriculture industry unless someone here has BEEN into it. else our suggestion might not be pragmatic. approach govt agencies, i've heard of advertisement regarding consultation for agriculture.. wont harm to pay them a visit, after all, its free / they are paid by tax payer. make use of it This post has been edited by h_eyu: Jan 18 2008, 01:22 PM |
