was wondering if anyone know about the rules and regulation including license on turning a single bungalow or terrace house into office use or makan outlet?

for e.g. there's alot of bridal shop along ss2 and along bangsar selling cars, furniture etc...

what about food outlet? is there a license we need to apply for business or are these illegal to begin with?
