how do u guys know? i've searched the esato n gdesk website but they nvr show how to install

will gdesk decrease the overall performance of the phone?

as for me, it only take 279k ram only...but nway, non of gdesk design suits me 

Nah, I bought it from my friend. He was working with Celcom so the phone firmware is a little weird. He told me that the firmware contains some technical stuffs that normal user wont understand.

Please let me know wat is the latest FW for SG phone n wat should i notice when i buy the phone, i gonna get an AP set because no money to buy the ori set. hhehe... wat warranty should i ask for? last week got a seller telling me that his waranty for the lcd only one month, phone 1 year, charger n battery i think 3 month or wat... please give advice here all the sifu

if buy from shop..the warranty around like that, but if u buy from forumer here...there are extended warranty that covers lcd up to 1 year...n the phone up to 15-18 months...

good for u...as for me, i bought from shop..3 months only for lcd..but, shop easy to trade...if not becoz to trade old phone, sure i bought from here also...

well just got my P1i today too....moving from PDA back to mobile phones......

my review after using WM6 and this new P1i.....
apart getting used to the new qwerty keyboard.....this phone is rather impressive for the price....

Yup. That's me.
The P990i's firmware has stabilized it a lot and it can work stable now, although the memory shortage means that heavy users should just go for P1i instead. But if you are a really heavy user, Symbian UIQ 3 won't suit u, only Windows Mobile can.

But if P1i's camera didn't suck, I surely would've bought it to replace my P990i. But now due to the green/red tint problems, to me the P1i is just like a M600i, a PDA phone w/o a camera.

but as for me, the camera although there is some problem (for me minor only)..still produce good n nice image..although it cannot compete with the likes of k800/k810 but the later are camera centric phones...

actually, if the P1i did not have tint problems, I would say it is on par with K800i/K810i.
yeah. if you don't need the camera, the P1i is a pretty good buy still, because the keyboard is just awesome and it has good build quality.

so sad for me that I really want a workable camera.

then after this i wat to buy any SLR camera ....hehehe
