When you are adding a post, select the HTML Tab (next to visual tab on top of the text editor ) and add the following tag :  I had to use image coz the forum treats the tag as a bad html for some reason...anyway. Remember, you have to add the tag on the HTML tab, not the visual tab. This will automatically divide your post and add "READ MORE" link to it. That's all you need.
