check tyre pressure also loh... pump slightly higher than 31psi, maybe 32/33psi... will help some to save FC...

I'm pumping 220 kPa. I'm more comfortable with kPA unit.

Hehe. Life is all about try and error. Either we dare or not. Also depend on your installation of car equipment. Fuel saving equipment etc. But mine is totally luck coz i was on the highway from johor to kl. The thing already blinking at nilai. manage to reach zoo negara ngam2 486.2km. Reach shell then the engine die  . My lucky day 

i think is pump machines problem bah... sometimes good, sometimes bad...
try another petrol station's pump machines... maybe petronas is good but bcos of the pump machines pump less petrol... 

if pump full tank then just use ur eyes to see petrol over flow lo...

so far i dont have such experience that over flow on shell station, except i keep pump petrol after the gun trigger released itself but my hand itchy forcing petrol going into tank...
maybe bcos petronas pump machine too old and they never planned to change it and the sensor rusted...

if not wrong, last time i saw one post here or at myviclub.com said that got one guy who really drive his car till the car stop. i mean until now more fuel in his car. he said that if the fuel indicator start to blink, he can at least drive 60km. i really not sure about this but that guy really did some experience to it and i think mostly really depend on your ' golden right leg theory'

i think no difference even u change to "tiger" horn bah...
they ignore will just ignore not matter how loud if ur horn...
unless u install loudspeaker like old newspaper van, ambulance or police car...
scold the driver in front of other drivers by using mic while driving...

just drive slowly next time, some driver cant estimate the speed of the behind car and suddenly change to fast lane... if change lane without signal is fine, but hogging fast lane without overtake or overtake slowly...

It's a kind of waste of effort after you washed if it rains.

15" is just nice. As for 16" also okok but slighly higher changes to get flat tire and increment of FC.
