I add you as buddy list.I have some information about UMBRELLA TEST( from carla)
One of the tests I use when selecting a new adult dog for a client
is the Umbrella Test.

The umbrella test is used to tell if an adult dog's temperament (or
even a puppies!) is stable. What I look for is a confident,
inquisitive, "Hey-- what's that?" reaction.

A cowering, insecure or run & hide reaction will usually encourage
me to keep looking for a more confident dog.

So, what can you do if you already own and love a dog who fails the
Umbrella Test?

The answer is two-fold:

1. Start teaching your dog obedience exercises. Sit, down, heel
come and stay are the fundamentals, and will give you dog more
confidence in you and the world around him.

2. Start building positive associations with as many "real world"
situations (including the Umbrella Test) as you can think of. Life
should be a fun game. How should you do this? By using your
dog's drives-- his ball/play drive and his food drive.

Let we start about Miniature Scnauzer?what do you describes your dog?

Characteristics' of the Miniature Schnauzer like to bark, curious and stubborn at times. They also fun-loving and agreeable. My two Miniature Schnauzer like bark too. I bring them for training. It already OKs 50 %. Miniature Schnauzer need social with other dog. Also with human. If you dog always stay at home, fewer socialites might be heavy bark. You need more do basic training at home. Read some dog training book, watch dog training DVDs. that is the cheaper way does training. If you have $, you may join the training club. It will help you and your dog for basic training teaching by professional.
I tell you Miniature Schnauzer like hunt big dog. Please becareful with big dog. It one bite on neck. The dog might gone. Big dog hate small dog always bark at them.
We always must remember "Before you embark on the dog's education, you must first educate yourself" .if the dog not education, they just a dog. It use for watch home.
Bark.........barks.............bark..........nobody likes them

Traveling in the car can be fun for you and your dog, but let's face it,keep your dog (and yourself) safe in the car while you travel, here's what you need to do. Place your dog in the carrier, along with his or her favorite pet blanket and the container of water. (If you have a hard-sided carrier, get the water bottles that will strap to the door.) For bigger dogs on a harness, put the blanket down in the seat or cargo area where they will be strapped in.Stop at rest areas that have designated pet areas. You need to get out and stretch your legs and use the restroom after a couple of hours in the car, and so will your dog.
Always have the leash securely on your dog and looped around your wrist before getting out of the car. Do not let your dog roam loose in your car.

Rocky can do roll over many time..Ricky just like play with Planet dog ball toy.they can do basic training.like Sit,Stay,Down,Come.

The fancy show just for fun only.the most importent is basic training.we get a dog not only hold in hand,walk him around. Teaching a dog what we want him to do.it is necessary to teach him why should do what we ask. Indeed.Training revolves around motivating the dog "to want to do what we want".
Dog often understand what their owners want. We want a dog not just a dog only.We want our dog more understand what we said. if they failure,it is our failure too.Our dog not using for watching house. they can do more then that.Maybe smart then us.hahahhahahahah
