Planning to buy properties at TTDI jaya, Shah Alam. RM 299 K.
Reason: Near Office and corner lot.

Flood still happen?

There has been upgrading of the riverside and retaining walls. Flood should not happen 99%.

But Corner lot for RM299K sounds cheap. What is the built-up area?

I believe flood has stopped for some time since the widening and deepening of the river. But the risk is always there. If the Klang Valley happens to have something like last year Johor's rain rate, then TTDI Jaya will definitely be flooded again. Nowadays, whenever there is a heavy rain in the evening, I can still see that the river almost up to the bank whenever I go home after work.
