Theres nothing anyone can teach any broken hearted person to do. Its up to that person what he/she decide to do or feel comfortable doing.
Others will tell you, go out more, go shopping, make new friends, bury yourself in work, party more, cry all you want, shout or scream, bang the wall, go drinking, find another bf, spend more time with your family, etc etc or just plain forget about him.
Which of these advice that we don't really know without any one telling us what to do?
I tried advicing people, go out more and make new friends, they will say, i really don't wanna go anywhere or see anyone (cry cry cry)
Then the busy yourself with work, the reply, i cant concentrate anymore, its just so tough (cry cry cry)
Spend more time with your family, the reply, i really don't want them to see me so sad and make them worry even more (cry cry cry)
etc.
Seriously, i am not trying to make myself look like a cold blooded animal here.
Just do what you think you are most comfortable doing now, eventually you'll feel better. Theres no ways or remedy that others could ever provide to any broken hearted to heal immediately. Its you yourself to decide whether when you wanna heal or will you ever heal or what actually would make you feel better.
