WOD - Cindy - scaled - 3 out of 50
5 rounds for time 5 Pull-ups (bands-assisted) 10 Push-ups (knee) 15 Bodyweight Squats Result 7:06mins ------------------------------------- I didnt workout on Tuesday-Thursday due to fever. Supposed to run 30 minutes on Tues Thurs & do moderate Crossfit on Wednesday. I was sweating more than I did during Subang10k and took so long to recover. Summore I found out got 2 girls there whom can do pistols. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN NOT LOSE. MUST DO. |

7:00am approx 3.5km + 3.5km from Kea Farm to Brinchang & back to Kea Farm (Cameron Highlands!) 10:00am 1 hour walk from Equatorial CH to BOH Sungai Palas Plantation Factory & Tea Shop 12:00pm 50mins walk from BOH Sungai Palas Plantation Factory & Tea Shop to Equatorial CH 3 hours cardio.
