QUOTE(matow @ Jul 22 2005, 06:37 PM) Thks wliat for your feedback. Can you tell me how long does the shuttle last, can it last two games. The RSL Gold will depend on whether we are lucky enough to get good batches because there was once where we bought 8 tubes and 4 tubes were poor where one feathers must break off before a game is over CONSISTENTLY. Thats why nowadays we buy 3 tubes each time, don't want to get caught with a bad batch. last time i used to use RCL one, the tournament grade, it's cost about RM35... now using yonex aerosensa 10 cost at RM47 coz hardly to find other OK brand of shuttlecocks... both quality are quite good as they can last up to 2 games...

QUOTE(wliat @ Jul 23 2005, 09:22 AM) It actually depends on the style of playing. If you guys are all hard hitters, definately koyak before a game finishes. that is true in some ways, and i would like to add that, the skills or technic also affect the ball's life duration...bcoz if we play good, we will only hit the back part of the shuttlecocks(donno what's the name for it ) not the feather...lastly IMHO, the court surface also affect it, if with the thin rubber pad, it will last longer...

QUOTE(theripper @ Aug 12 2005, 06:51 PM) i've changed the topic to Badminton gear, so that we don't have to open a new thread for shuttlecock, shoes etc.. discuss all about badminton gear/stuffs in here. nicely done theripper...has been waiting for that... hopefully after this no new thread just to ask what kind of grip that is the best...
