Seems that not many people here recommend Isometric series.
Is it not good? How much does an Isometric racket cost?

I will be going to Japan soon. Wonder if the price there is cheaper than KL or not. Will I be taxed for bringing in a badminton racquet?

I came back from ....... Pertama (heh heh haven't gone to Japan yet)

Yonex MP 44 (Japan) - RM230 (incl. strings & grip)
Yonex MP 30 (Taiwan) - RM170 (incl. strings & grip)
CAB 21SP is heavier and pricer than 21 Special
Amortech 800 - RM299 (incl. strings & grip)
Taiwan brands only up to MP30

Racket World also recommended a brand (forgot liao ... scratch head huh.gif doh.gif ) priced at RM170. The shaft is very flexible, head is lime green in colour (very striking colour), had some features like air carbon (i think). Another model blue in colour is priced at RM190. This brand is made in China. Can someone help me to recall the name of this brand? doh.gif huh.gif blink.gif notworthy.gif

Sorry I forgot already.

Can someone recommend a shop in KL where I can buy the MP66 (incl. grip + strings) for less than RM200? What is the best string for MP66 and what tension I should use for it?

I would like to try a flat head racket and my choices are:
1st, MP66
2nd, Fischer

Do you know the website for the Fischer rackets? I was told that it is a German brand, but the prices in Pertama are for rackets made in China. It the racket heavy or light, I prefer heavy types for better smashing.
