if you were to go for Yonex, don't think you can get a decent one at RM120 rolleyes.gif
prepare to spend about RM160 to RM180 for a decent one(or should i say good and light enough)
RM100 ProAce? of course not good lar doh.gif doh.gif
you need to spend at least RM150 - RM160 for a decent one
anyways, the "T" joint at the racquet already outdated doh.gif doh.gif(anyways most brands uses it doh.gif doh.gif)
so darn heavy and yet you say controllable? shakehead.gif
unless you are talking about another design which has internal T joint and is also very common doh.gif doh.gif
anyways, the latest trend is towards the isometric design(yah, Yonex was the first if i'm not mistaken)

thats true
ultimately, skills are the most important factor in any sport
but if you use a piece of equipment not suited to you, you might not be playing at your best
"good carpenters don't blame their tools" is one of the crappiest sayings i've heard

off topic - try playing snooker with a really crooked cue
it irritates the hell out of you

back to topic - i can't hit the shuttle properly if i use any carbonex or isometric series
it doesn't feel right in my hand
maybe its just me...

well said there
i have tough time using my bro's racquet(ProAce WideBody series), can't really get a good smash and it seems that all my strokes requires more energy
while i'm using Sweetspot series(the isometric look alike), i find that i can hit the ball without requiring that much of energy
maybe i'm used to the racquet, that's why......
