at700 for smashing de....plan want to get a arc10 also though..but some BC forumer claimed that there will be a new version of arc10....high balance point...so not need to add lead tape de lo..

we used to jog with average speed for 30mins....who stop, have to push up 20times.....that was 1 year ago...only train for stamina....very sick...now seem a bit tired only...
footwork at first 10times per set....then now 25times per set...training no racket allowed...stupid coach... |

nowaday bg80 can last me for a month...the feel is ok if compared to bg66...im bg66/bg80 user also too....i like bg66 more than bg80 even the lifespan shorter....kekeke..
now i still find shoes to use for training leh...sb 99 no power cushion de..adui mai sakit la kaki after training... |
