at700 for smashing de....plan want to get a arc10 also though..but some BC forumer claimed that there will be a new version of arc10....high balance point...so not need to add lead tape de lo..

malahai...if stamina not really good, hard to play single le..just like myself 2 years ago, play single until rubber set, just like dog with air liur meleleh..

we used to jog with average speed for 30mins....who stop, have to push up 20times.....that was 1 year ago...only train for stamina....very sick...now seem a bit tired only...

footwork at first 10times per set....then now 25times per set...training no racket allowed...stupid coach...

what ur friend name? last year i remember, when we are at kapit for MSSM peringkat negeri, got 2 from kuching...i think they are 19 that time...so 20 this year and cant play U18 anymore.....i forgot their name....both of them play quite good....1st and 2nd single da bao by them and they got champion for double U18...

i heard that sarawak single champion got participate in Malaysia Open 2007, got owned by Park Sung Kwan... LOL...now all sarawak junior not really good already...

yeah i remember xiang wei....i meet Tiong Chee Seng for quarter that year...sibu champion that one...then semi he meet xiang wei....totally outclassed...

his friend 18 this year? did he play for kuching this year or not? didnt see him le...kong chit kiet, vong xiang wei and kwang yu kheng selected for sukma right? pity that sibu players cant get into final de..they only managed to play until semi...

nowaday bg80 can last me for a month...the feel is ok if compared to bg66...im bg66/bg80 user also too....i like bg66 more than bg80 even the lifespan shorter....kekeke..

now i still find shoes to use for training leh...sb 99 no power cushion de..adui mai sakit la kaki after training...
