hi i want to ask an opinion if i loan a house, rm 156000 for 30 years and i want to add 6000 a year to it..which is better home flexi or homefixed

it doesn't matter fixed or flexi, so long the bank allow advanced payment to off set the loan principal , u can top up ur 6K every yr. flexi or not, depends whether u afraid of being affected by the fluctuation of BLR. in early settlement of loan principal case, flexi loan tht offer low interest at 1st few yrs is a good choice. get a mortgage calculator online n key in ur figures to see the difference or get the mortgage officer to do for u.

best case scenario is to get a flexi loan@ fixed interest.

Otherwise, if you have the surpluss cash and liquidity is important to you, go for flexiloans. smile.gif
