Although i settle my ptptn last month, my auto debit still deduct money from my acc last monday

Anyone got it too?

The staff said they will cancel it and told me this month wont autodebit.

yea since its a major change every month for you i guess its worth it. but since mine is still more than 10 years and not much change in amount next year, i'm sticking to the monthly deduction. its different for everyone on how we plan our money anyway

According to the officer I was assigned to, I can only get it around second week of Jan.

No you won't get points for that CC transaction as the bank will consider this as a transaction under the "Financial Institution" category.
I've repaid mine using the Maybank AMEX card but the points wasn't credited in the end; the Maybank officer informed me of the transaction type wasn't eligible for points and did pointed out to me it was stated in their main webpage.
At least thats for Maybank, not sure if other banks applied the same TnC; best to check with your bank officer for advise.

How about if pay by Maybank Barcelona Card?
Is it entitled cashback 2%?

i went to their branch @ KL Sentral to settle full payment with 20% discount around 2 weeks ago. was supposed to receive a letter to confirm that my ptptn has fully been settled but haven't got it till now. tried to log in on the portal to check but can't seem to do so as well. anyone who settled their payment previously, how long did you guys wait for the letter to arrive?

I also mentioned that i want to use CC, then they send you the steps, and viola paid!

i already called them, they sent me a statement with the amount + amount after discount via whatsapp.

do i need to pay all in one lump sum?
or can i make multiple transactions as long as i meet the amount stated after discount before 31/12/18?
