Your phone = support chinese <-- this is what under warranty
Type chinese word <-- not included in warranty. ( I thought "flashing" Phone is not in any Warranty T&C clause)

because type chinese is because of that firmware supported..

Altering the firmware will void the warranty unless you take it back to the AP company and ask them to flash for you for a fee.

but why flash for fee? since its covered.. but that time i did bring to there and they said didnt have

i dont agree...now days a lot handphones can only read chinese...not type chinese....mines hp also like that...can read only..

Flashing firmware is not covered by warranty lar...
You ask them to flash with a fee - They cover don't know how many month after success, if fail, they'll repair for free
You flash outside - rosak whatever because of flashing, your problem.

if u wanna flash u go back to the service centre la, coz if u pass to her she bring it to the service centre also...she won't be able to do anything if there is no firmware for it in the service centre
Anyway i hope u do some research about the model or AP sets first before any accusations were done
1. Asia Mobile provides 18 months warranty also u file a complain on her on this--> accuse 'renew' set pula
2. The phone AP set with overseas telco print also accuse her of doing something wrong, most AP sets come from overseas
3. You didn't check properly and confirm how much you pay on the spot, leave the place of transaction then turn your back on her and accuse her of cheating your RM10

Your first post really make her seems like a BIG conman/con lady, u know if i am the seller and I see you complain here and accusing me for being a cheater for the above things i will be very pissed off, at least consult or call her 1st to clarify the above matters. If urgent give the seller a call, don't pm, her pm box is always full
The only thing she needs to response is the 'support chinese' term. IMO, I don't think support chinese implies both writing chinese and reading chinese, I have dealt with many hp sellers and we always specify 'support write' or 'support read'

Added on February 16, 2008, 12:38 amHowever there is 1 time i bought my hp i didnt check and ask its supported write/read english or not. In the same week i go back the shop and ask why its not able to type/read then on the spot the seller just exchange another set to me.
