Its an Original Nokia AC-4 Charger, only 2.99 GBP but the shipment is 2.99 GBP which total up RM39.00. Any Nokia or Nokia Compatible car charger with 2mm plug can be used on the N82. You can buy the cheepo version available at most mobile phone shop if you want 

if you have followed through this thread closely, and carefully, you could have spend nothing, get a navigator much better than nokia's built in software, and map much more detailed than those you purchased from nokia and yes.. voice navigation included but i guess it's alright since you only subscribed for 1 month no harm trying out ..and what do u mean by over 5 satellite? I thought the max satellite signal supported is 5? At least that's the number of satellite i've observed at any one time.

Nokia has con us all. N82 is not a smartphone... it is a SUPERPHONE

Seriously, imagine paying RM1800-RM2500 for a mobile multimedia player, mobile phone, 5mp camera with Xenon Flash, GPS, Web Browser, Mobile Gaming, wireless connectivity and many more. You surely wont regret it.

Dont say catch dust lah.... Not much difference. for N95 i guess the small RAM makes it slower.

But for N95 8GB and N82, the difference would be in the flash and screen size.

I personally chose N82 bcoz candybar design. I am not a slider phone fan.

Seriously, if you're in tight budget I can't think of a reason why you can't shell out RM1800 (AP) for this phone if you're hardworking to do some part time job for like 2 months...

Or insterested in installment? Although in the end will be more expensive but you can slowly pay back.

I think for the price, nothing can beat N82 yet, not even N95 8GB cause it's RM500 more expensive (that is, if you don't include buying 8GB microSD).

DIGI went offline now in Shah Alam SK16, totally no line bar at all showing in my phone.

I have just installed the beta version, ran the program but unable to activate it because the shortcut button require to activate it is the "pen/pencil button" + "c" and i was wondering what the heck does the pen button means. then only i realize that the button only exist on n95 and not n82 any idea how can i simulate this "pen" button? lol! this is dumb

2 more differences i forgot to mention between N95-8GB and N82. The Lense cover and the price.

N95-8GB is a good buy also. I nearly bought myself one. After seeing and waiting a year N95, then got black edition built in 8GB and got spiderman3 somemore. the looks is 2x wow than the N95. But as i said, i chose N82 because of candybar. Compare the picture of the black N82 is not so wow. IMHO not worth waiting for.

shgx700 - go to Nokia Center (but not all, sunway pyramid can. but need to check they have stock first.) Buy it at RM2599. got 0% installments for 12 months. same thing buying ori cash can get 2.3k-2.5k. IMHO buy ori. u chunk out 2k of your hard earned money tapi u are afraid day n night bcoz its AP. why not add a bit more and rest assured it has zitron warranty. not a cheap thing to take a risk. if RM600 hp can la....

You have to install the Pen+C emulator for the N82.

Get it here.

It's unsigned, so you need to sign it in order to be able to install it.  But I guess you already know that, since you've already installed the Nokmote Beta on your phone    To use it, launch Nokmote first, then go into your Apps folder, then launch the Pen+C emulator, and Nokmote will activate.

Honestly, after using my N95 8GB for 1 1/2 month now, the slider doesn't need a fix in any kind. It's just hold up everyday use quite well up to date, and I of course hoped it'll perform well before its successor launch.
There's no reason why N82 cannot while N95 can.

At least, it's the N95 classic that need repair (and shown on the video), but not the latest N95 8GB cause the built quality has been improved quite a lot since then...

But still have to admit, non-candy bar phone will have higher chance to get spoiled...

hey guys...i found one new software today...flash lite (version 3.0)...it seems that it can play youtube if u can get one of the plugin from the bysamir website (Nokmote Developer)

emtube can directly view flv file and search youtube directly...

usually if u get a lock to numbers of satelites, it wont drop out easily, unless da weather is terrible or u r nearby lots of tall building, but mostly once u get a lock u will stay on it....furthermore, normally people use AGPS to get an initial lock or wat ppl called as cold start...tt means da very first time u try to get a lock using ur device bcos usually da first lock require a longer time to get a lock....after da initial lock, da time required to get da next lock would be reduced, so by tt time, if u afraid of network charges u could jz disable AGPS from da menu, n u could still use da GPS function....

i dont think u could get an 8gb micro sd card here in malaysia atm....unless u try to search in ebay cos it is still very costly...roughly cost about US$200++.....

I just bought an N82 last nite. Must say the phone looks sexy. Like it so much. Toying with it till 5am last nite. Haha..

Havin problems setting up the access points though. Im a maxis user and i only get the settings via sms. But unfortunately N82 is not in the list. Is there any kind soul here who would help a brother out by guiding me in setting it up.

I sound so stupid by making this request. But i'll try not to be so dependant and learn up. Thanks guys.
