some thought in my minds for CIMB atm card
1. even though there is Cirrus logo in the atm card, why we still hv to activate it to use it overseas? isn't it is an international network already?
2. i recall there is no charges when withdrawing from CIMB ATM machine overseas when using the CIMB card? isn't it?
Using CIMB ATM Card Overseas, Activated...but which ATMs can use?
