I thought keyboard itself got some sort of grease on beneath larger key like space bar and shift keys..
Wouldn't those got washed off and result a bit stiff during typing process ... or uncle's keyboard is different... |

I even got to extend using alcohol and Autosol to bring back the shine of those I/O ports.....
