What I can advise you guys, contact LEVIATHAN privately, and set a meetup point with those who have dispute with fyroo. Go together and try to solve it on the spot. If he refused, go ahead with police report, and send a copy to his University admin. And use that banking details that he used, together with the police report to freeze it if he does not want to solve it.

fyroo also must refund me 50usd..actually i received the money but suddenly paypal put a strike on me and they refund the money back to fyroo.i don't know whether it is fyroo who made the strike or paypal..it is a shame actually coz i already praised him for his service..please help

Tell him a teaser picture appearing in 3 days time, and full copy of IC in 7 days time.

Also good idea, so who verify with the IC can get a tag lets said "Verify Seller" or "IC verified"
