If i remember correctly, item below Rm500 will not be taxed. Such item as watches are not taxed at all regardless of any amount. And hell yeah, penang pos Malaysia & custom sucks big time-super slow-All things must check one... as if we are all importing illegal stuff....and order from playasia free shipping normally arrive to malaysia within 7 days...only made delay by customs & pos malaysia for a few days so ended up 10-14 days only arrive to me. Its really frustrating.

Well, the credit card company will have a higher exchange rate, i.e. it will be slightly more expensive compared to MYR displayed on playasia website.

It depends on the exchange rate when you charge your card.

Same here. Even though Play-asia show price in MYR or what ever currency but it will charge the credit card in USD and the credit card company will use their own exchange rate to MYR.

exactly what happen to me .. when i got my Credit card bill statement, the amount that was stated usuallly higher than what the P-A mentioned..

so i guess u have to play slightly more than u expected..

stupid banks.

banks usually charge for currency exchange rate, the rate depends on your bank.

perhaps you should call your bank to check it out
