To purchase using your affiliate funds, just check out from the shopping cart like a normal purchase, and when you get to the Payment page, check the radio button for "Pay by bank transfer (T/T), Moneybookers or Western Union." (if you select the other options like credit card but don't enter any information, it will prompt you to enter the details, so selecting this will get you through when using affiliate funds)

Then underneath that section you'll see your affiliate fund balance and you can input how much you want to use from that fund towards the purchase. Enter your desired amount and continue normally from there onwards.

Hope this helps!! thumbup.gif

Hmm, how many sales have you had so far? I remember there was a requirement that you need to get at least 4 confirmed sales or something before you can use the funds (or was it for withdrawal only, something along those lines).

That's weird. I guess you'll have to check with P-A's helpdesk.

Anyway, here's how the Payment page look like with affiliate fund:

Sounds like an honest mistake. Normally P-A writes the order number on the envelop/box with a pen. Can you spot it and if so, is it the same as your order number?

Then they must've swapped your order with another customer. Now P-A has 2 unhappy customers smile.gif

It's also thrilling when waiting for the items to arrive. Like getting presents for Christmas or birthday biggrin.gif

The longest for me was 2 months. They (2 orders) arrived safely though. And both were shipped around the same time. From the custom's clearance date, the bottleneck seemed to be at Pos Malaysia.

Funny. The last time I chose FedEx it arrived in 24 hours. What and how many items you ordered?

When I ordered earlier this month, it took the free shipping 12 days, including 4 days of weekends) to reach me. Normally it takes exactly 7 days.

The delays must be due to the holiday season.

Is this your first time ordering from Play-Asia? My longest delivery time was 1 month using the free shipping. But that happened only once out of 20 free shipments. The rest took 7 days each.

bro naziaf, for free shipping if the item lost in delivery, can claim any insurance or refund or etc from play-asia?
*
Yup, refund in the form of store credit. In other words, you'll get the same amount of money, to be spent on buying other items in store.

Normally after filing a lost package, they'll ask us to wait for another 2-3 weeks before they will proceed with issuing a refund or item resend, whichever you prefer.

how to file a lost package?and how to prove to them that the item lost?
*
On their website, go to Help -> Contact Us. Fill up the form with enquiry regarding an order. Key in order number and inform them how long since the item was shipped and that you're afraid the package might be lost. Submit and just wait for their reply.

Good luck!

When I was in the US, FedEx called me because a prize I won (delivered from New Zealand) was charged an amount for tax. I guess it's more on the country's custom policy.

Just use the rule of thumb of keeping your items less than RM500. Separate the order if you have to (if you're using free shipping that is).

Relax dude. Don't panic just because of a posting. Give it some time.
